Shipping Costs

We are offering free shipping.

Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

Generally, shipments are in transit for 7 – 14 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 4:00 PM (GMT-04:00) Atlantic Standard Time. Order handling time is 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery Terms

We use FedEx to deliver the product.

Change of Address

We are able to change the shipping address, but you need to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@seeseshop.com. Once a shipment is in transit, the delivery address can no longer be modified.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for the next steps.
